WMFC Training Centers Now in Mexico, Philippines, India and Peru--With More on the Drawing Board! ......................................................................................................................................
National Training Centers are urgently needed to train national workers. There are at currently two Bible training centers in Mexico, one in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, and one in Merida, Yucatan. In the Philippines, the training center is located in Baguio. In South India, the location is in Chilakaluripet. And in Peru, the training center is located in Iquitos. More training centers are on the drawing board as funds are available.
The training centers equip national workers to creatively use evangelistic tools as they share the Gospel. Read the story below to learn what is in a typical evangelistic "toolkit." Evangelistic Toolkits: Bikes, Drums, Jeeps, Boats & Horses! ...................................................................................................................................... There is an impressive army of national workers now serving under the banner of World Missions Far Corners in many third-world countries. Each week hundreds of villagers are evangelized by these workers. Each one of our national workers has been born again and discipled to reproduce. National workers are now focused on reaching their own people in their own countries. In India, our prayer is to reach 600,000 villagers for Christ. As little as $25 per supports a worker and his family in India for one month! Evangelistic tools, in addition to Bibles, New Testaments and gospel literature, are needed for the unique ministries of our national preachers in the countries we serve. In India, national workers need bicycles, lanterns and drums. Those are their tools—and they use them effectively! In the Philippines the tool kit may be a bicycle or a horse, and sometimes a jeep. In Peru, each pastor needs a boat. In Ecuador, national workers need four-wheel drive vehicles to traverse the mountainous areas. What tools do you use to share the Gospel? Will you help us fill the “toolkits” of our national workers? You can help today!
